THE TAX CUTTERY® Guide to Federal Income Taxation
Professional Edition · by Paul D. Diaz, EA, MBA
Compliance. Planning. Resolution.
Hardcover · 600+ pages · leather-ette · platinum-embossed · IngramSpark print
The whole federal tax lifecycle, in one volume
This is the practice written down. The Trident Framework — Compliance, Planning, and Resolution — covers the complete federal tax lifecycle for the business owner and the 1099 contractor. Twenty-four chapters, from how the system is structured to cryptocurrency and the GENIUS Act. Built as a professional reference: leather-ette bound, platinum-embossed, the size and feel of a law-school casebook. It is at the printer now.
From the author
I wrote this because the tax code wasn't written for the people who actually need it most — the 1099 contractors, the single-member LLCs, the service-based agency founders. It was written for W-2 employees. Every book on the shelf either drowns you in statute or hands you a pamphlet. I wanted one volume a serious person could keep on the desk and trust: the whole lifecycle, in plain English, defensible at every line. Compliance is a posture, not data entry. Planning is permanent, not a trick. Resolution is what happens when something breaks — and there is a right way through it. That is the whole book. I'm Paul Diaz, and this is THE TAX CUTTERY.
